Our services range from accurate accounting to comprehensive maintenance of the facilities, including arrears management, administrative secretariat services, and personalised advice on legal and technical matters.

We also offer all these services in English.

If a community becomes so dissatisfied with its current management and wishes to dismiss the administrator, we will indicate the steps to follow:
1. Convene an ordinary or extraordinary meeting, where the agenda must include “dismissal and replacement of the secretary-administrator (or governing board)”.
The meeting must be convened by the president or, where applicable, by 25% of the community’s owners who also represent 25% of the building’s coefficients.
2. After the meeting is held, the outgoing administrator has 10 days to draft the minutes confirming the change of management, 15 days to provide the new administrator with the essential documentation for the community’s operation, and 30 days to deliver the remaining non-essential documentation.

We implement rigorous tracking systems and manage the recovery of outstanding debts effectively to ensure compliance with payment obligations.

If arrears exceed the amount established at the owners’ meeting, our team of lawyers will file the corresponding claim to settle the debt as soon as possible; this cost will be borne by the debtor.

It is important to have the community’s legal documentation, such as bylaws, deeds, horizontal division, internal rules, contracts, among others.

The president is the one who convenes the meeting, and we take care of sending the notice to the owners with the agenda. This notice will be sent both by post and by email. Afterwards, the minutes are drafted and sent by email and by post to those who do not have digital means. We always ensure efficient and professional organisation.

We also carry out this type of management in English if necessary.

We carry out ongoing supervision and coordinate maintenance services through fast and efficient communication, keeping owners informed of the actions taken.
